It is very clear that the World Wide Web has already evolved. In the initial stages of the web, using pictures along with text is unheard of, and it seems that the web is just a domain for geeks and techy professionals. But now, due to the advancements in the computer technology, faster computer processors, faster internet speeds, and most important is reduced cost, the web has indeed changed. CSS is now the standard for formatting web pages where pure HTML was used before. Web pages are no longer static and content is personalized and dynamic according to the needs of every user.
